ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for a Director of Product for our B2B/B2C product group. The product teams in this group are focused on helping our photographer customers sell prints and digitals to their clients through our burgeoning integrated platform. In the director role, you'll initially support and lead two product teams within the group, expanding to more teams as needed. As a hands-on leader, you'll work with the teams to support and carry out discovery activities, roadmap definition, and functional definition of projects. You will be empowered to find creative ways to solve important customer and business problems and work with your team to deliver them efficiently. You'll be in a highly visible role throughout the company and one of the key leaders in our journey to bring several business lines together into a cohesive ecosystem.
Our ongoing product goal is to help photographers and photo consumers create memories that last a lifetime by giving them access to tremendous software, professional services, supportive education, and high-quality photo products and custom gifts.
This role will report to the Vice President of Engineering. You will also work closely with a close-knit team of Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders.
