Project Engineer II (Architecture)
Baker Electric Home Energy is excited to bring on a new Project Engineer! The Project Engineer II will be responsible for managing the design of solar projects to ensure that prescribed activities are documented in accordance with Baker Electric Home Energy's specified objectives for the successful permitting, procurement, and completion of the project.
Responsible for ensuring drawings and designs are completed on time and adhere to the established specifications and standards. Responsible for solar project engineering, design permitting, procurement and interconnection, in addition to coordinating project implementation with existing operations and project management department. The packages will consist of electrical, structural and layout design work that follows building and electrical codes as well as jurisdictional requirements for permitting.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stoop, reach, stand, walk, lift, pull, push, grasp, climb, talk, hear, see and use complex repetitive motions. May frequently lift and or move at least 50 pounds of materials, etc. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision such as to read handwritten or typed material and the ability to adjust focus.
