Pricing and Business Intelligence Manager (Information Technology)

Our Pricing and Business Intelligence Manager will lead analysts and provide subject matter expertise, project management, and analytical support to the development and execution of Pricing Strategies. They will understand the needs of Sales & Operational leadership, as they provide guidance to Marketing based on the hypothesis they develop and test. They will build and develop processes and lead automation efforts. They will work with cross functional partners to ensure end to end thinking on strategy and execution. Additionally, they will guide analytic efforts needed to improve channel performance. You will serve as a part of the home office team at the Rollins Support Center in Atlanta, GA.  We provide Pricing and Business Intelligence expertise for our family of brands.

Responsibilities

You Will . . .

  • Lead development of pricing tests and pilots- eCommerce pricing, Call center pricing, Direct to branch pricing, along with relevant analysis to track and report results including historical performance, strategic rationale underpinning pricing decisions and expected financial impact
  • Provide oversight and execute annual price increases using automated and manual techniques
  • Develop the necessary communication to leadership to gain alignment and partner with IT and other cross functional teams to prioritize efforts that support the execution of strategies
  • Conduct standard and ad hoc analysis to identify key drivers of performance, recommend Marketing strategies that will improve channel performance
  • Oversee the process of establishing offers for marketing campaigns, performing any necessary analysis pre and post, as well as setting up and managing discount codes
  • Create processes and identify opportunities for improvement through automation
  • Collaborate with service-line team to establish optimum pricing for new or revised services and products
  • Partner with agencies and sales org to implement and/or trial any new offers or product offerings
  • Acquire, manage, and analyze external data alongside internal data
  • Manage, develop, and coach direct report(s)

Qualifications

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field
  • 4 years of Strong analytical skills including demonstrated aptitude with financial analysis and ability to generate insight from large and complex data sets
  • Proficient with SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Persuasive communication skills to articulate viewpoint to executive leadership and ability to create compelling presentations
  • Strong project management skills and ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong financial acumen including experience with the retail and cost methods of accounting
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple demands, adjust to changes quickly and structure nebulous projects
  • Ability to influence peers and business partners without authority

 What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

  • Prior experience in planning and analysis
  • Prior experience in retail pricing
