Federal Work-Study| Counseling Services (Finance)

Department: Counseling Services Salary: $12.00 per hour
Job Duties

• Assists with office and customer service tasks
• Answers phones
• Greets and assists customers/clients
• Assists with administrative duties
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills
• Must have the ability to interact with the public in a courteous and business-like manner
• Have an understanding of confidentiality in and outside of the workplace
• Basic computer skills
• Average typing ability
• Must be available between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM

Qualifications

• Must be a UHD student with a minimum GPA of 2.0 or higher
• Must be eligible for Federal College Work-Study
