Developer (Information Technology)

• Responsible for all duties and responsibilities associated with a CNC Machinist
• Interpret Machine Manuals to write Macros and aid in advanced machining operations.
• Will be responsible for loading parts, operating controls, machining parts, inspecting parts, following all established processes for conformance to requirements, and deburring parts if required.
• Provide ongoing verbal and written feedback to Engineering/Quality/Operations departments.
• Work with Programming to establish and optimize proper cutting parameters.
• Helps to implement new procedures and processes when onboarding new parts intoproduction.
• Must always be pursuing and implementing new technology.
• Perform troubleshooting to determine machine malfunctions, adjust and then test to ensure machine is performing to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Standards.
• Maintain and reinforce Orizon's quality standards to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
