• Assisting in planning and leading recreational, social, educational, and creative programs
• Engaging residents in group and one-on-one activities that spark joy and connection
• Helping to set up, organize, and promote events around the facility
• Encouraging participation and adapting activities to meet various ability levels
• Collaborating with nursing and care teams to support residents' well-being
