Simulation Sr Program Manager - Cardiac Rhythm (Finance)
We are seeking a Simulation Sr Program Manager to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Medical Education organization. We are looking for a passionate Simulation "Guru" to help drive our vision of delivering innovative educational experiences to our customers today and tomorrow. A Day in the Life:
•You will lead the development, execution, and continual improvement of simulation-based training programs for new and existing pacemaker, defibrillator, and heart-failure devices, including the initiation and tracking of affiliated software and hardware simulation projects across multiple platforms and vendors
•You will be responsible for collaborations with subject-matter experts, vendors, and procedural development teams to develop next-generation simulation experiences, including selecting the appropriate simulation tool, producing and implementing statements of work, requests for proposal, change orders, and capital purchase requests
•You will manage project-management processes to follow the progression of various simulation builds, including global ordering and delivery management, and to report out to stakeholders regularly
•You will establish and maintain critical relationships with upstream-product teams to develop and advise on simulation strategies for future products
•You will create and manage a monitoring solution for our global, simulation-based training programs to identify and implement simulator improvements
•You will travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
Must Have - Minimum Job Requirements
•Bachelors degree
•7+ years of experience in education, clinical, technical, or simulation role
•Experience with invasive cardiac procedures
Nice to Have
•Advanced degree(s) in clinical sciences, marketing, or simulation
•Simulation-based, medical training experience
•Certification in cardiac electrophysiology or project management
•Experience in planning training programs for the medical device industry
