Payment Lead - Government Services (Project Management)
The Payment Lead within Government Services leads a team that performs real-time analysis and review of extensive documentation required by federal regulations for implementing the Rental Relief program in response to the COVID-19 crisis. The Payment Lead must be a critical thinker who seeks input from their team and challenges the status quo. The Payment Lead must also be comfortable communicating “the why” and assisting others with understanding program policies and procedures to solve problems and ensure program compliance. Additionally, the Payment Lead will be accountable for team deliverables and timelines, offer feedback and delegate to Associates, and exhibit fierce career ownership.
