Assistant Site Supervisor (Healthcare)



Heartland Goodwill Enterprises, seeks a full time Assistant Site Supervisor to work at the Iowa City Federal Building. 

This position will assist the Site Supervisor in cleaning and maintaining Federal Building and grounds in accordance with the contract for the government site and AbilityOne regulations.  Additionally the position will secure the facility as necessary, and carry out Site Supervisor duties in the event of their absence.  The Assistant Site Supervisor will supervise a custodial crew, respond to customer needs throughout the day, use all custodial equipment properly in a safe and efficient manner, check level of all supplies, clean assigned areas thoroughly maintaining high quality while reporting any malfunctions to supervisor, and participate in grounds upkeep and maintenance.

The starting wage for this position is $19.26 per hour plus $4.23 per hour health & welfare benefit ($23.49 total) with 3% increase on 4/1/23.

This position will primarily work Monday-Friday from 10:30a - 7pm. Preference will be given to individuals with a disability.
