Ascend Learning is hiring now for an experienced Senior Manager of Contracts Administration for our Healthcare segment. The Senior Manager reports to the Vice President of Operations for Healthcare. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business, support strategic transactions that drive Ascend's Healthcare business operations, and manage a team of contract administrators. This position will work from our Leawood, KS office location/hybrid or Burlington, MA office location/hybrid.
As a Senior Manager of Contracts Administration, you are responsible for coordinating, reviewing, revising, and maintaining contractual agreements used in the sale of educational technology-related products and services, as well as drafting and negotiation of commercial contract terms related to orders, pricing, invoicing, renewals, and payment. This includes preparation of contracts, shepherding contracts through the sales cycle, and serving as the sales interface with legal and finance departments on contract matters. The Senior Manager will engage with internal stakeholders, as well as external clients and partners, as required, to complete agreements and to ensure that such agreements comply with company policies, procedures, and compliance obligations. This role is also responsible for managing incoming contract-related inquiries from teammates and administrative functions related to contract execution.
