Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor (working) (Maintenance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor tech staff
- Perform hands-on cleaning, laundry, and floor care tasks
- Hire, train, schedule, and discipline employees
- Conduct room and facility inspections for cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Interact professionally with residents, families, and staff
- Address concerns and ensure high-quality service
- Experience in housekeeping/laundry (healthcare or nursing home preferred)
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of floor care and infection control practices is a plus
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
