Product Marketing Manager - Discrete Components (Engineering)

Drives the strategic direction of TVS Hi Power through the product lifecycle. Monitors and manages profitability of product lines and ensures that product line fits Littelfuse strategy. Conducts research to identify customer needs, market gaps, and feature viability.

About the Job:

• Manages all lifecycle phases of the product(s); tracking includes product specification, packaging, and marketing. Works cross-functionally to ensure that product listings are accurate and completed within the timeframe. (30%)

• Analyzes performance, competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops strategies for improving profitable growth. Identifies market requirements for current and future products to gain market share. (30%)

• Leads new product development through all phases of development. (30%)

• Provides input to senior leaders on product management strategy. (10%)

• Other duties as assigned.

About You:

• Bachelor or university degree in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering

• 10+ years of experience
• Deep knowledge of product management processes
• Experience with global discrete manufacturing companies preferred
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Self-starter, ability to team effectively with all levels and departments of an organization, and a bias for action.
