Shift - Days

Starting Rate: $20.71-$24.50 per hour for day shift with a 7% increase for second and
third shift.
Additional Incentives:

Work Hours: Days, afternoons and nights; 8 and 10-hour shifts.
Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street;
South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This position is for our South Plant.

As a Light Equipment Operator, you will:
 Operate finishing and packaging equipment
 Set up and adjust machines for production
 Create job packets and enter final counts into software
 Verify correct information is gathered at the start of the shift to complete the job
 Intermediate computer skills preferred
Physical Requirements:
 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 25 lbs frequently
 Ability to stand for the duration of your shift

Qualifications:
 Ability to read and follow job specifications
 Ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
 Ability to do basic math and computer knowledge
