CRM Systems Manager (Finance)
Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System Manager successfully manages the CRM system (currently Unanet CRM by Cosential) functionality, underlying data quality, reporting, metrics, and ensures that it supports the needs of our Business Development and Marketing staff. The CRM System Manager devises ways to improve performance and better serve the internal users of the system. This includes data cleanup, taxonomy development, training, and evolving the implementation of the system for Sundt. A successful CRM System Manager will improve our efficiency in pursuing new opportunities and the accuracy of the data regarding our existing and past projects and staff resulting in an improvement to our overall strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Aides in the improvement of Cosential utilization by reviewing objectives and specifications; evaluating proposed changes; recommending changes; making modifications.
2. Clean-up and maintain data integrity via regular exception reporting.
3. Coordinate with IT on data integration, change management, errors, troubleshooting, service ticket issues and resolution, and acts as the liaison and expert with the CRM System Provider.
4. Create workflows, reports, dashboards, and other KPl's and metrics to meet business unit needs.
5. Define, document, and implement CRM-related policies and procedures.
6. Develop and maintain data analysis tools that support the business development functions using a data warehouse and Power Bl.
7. Develop strategies for testing all aspects of the CRM in a test environment prior to deployment.
8. Oversee the creation and updating of all training materials and provide training to new and existing users as necessary on existing and new features or policies.
9. Responsible for the management, implementation, and oversight of the CRM System, including data integrity, user interface improvements, training, testing, and overall functionality
10. Support existing customizations and work with CRM System provider to improve/refine/expand customizations that reduce time spent on routine tasks and improve user experience and data integrity.
Minimum Job Requirements
1. 3-5 years' experience providing direct application support and/or systems implementation/management, with a preference for CRM System Management.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Computer Science, or related degree and/or relevant work experience.
3. Detail focused with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and issues and self-direct work.
4. Energetic with a positive can-do attitude.
5. Outstanding customer service skills with an ability to train and support users with a wide range of technical ability.
6. Prefer experience collaborating with database management and data warehouse integration administrators.
7. Prefer experience with implementation of dashboards, reporting, and metrics such as Power Bl.
8. Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
9. Proven experience in helping with the direction, development, and implementation of an enterprise-wide system.
10. Technical expertise with CRM systems such as Unanet CRM by Cosential.
