Software Engineer II for Intelligrated Services, LLC in Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities:
Implement controls projects as the Lead Engineer at Honeywell Intelligrated for an integrated system or sub-system.
Provide planning, reporting and management of the controls project, in addition to technical implementation.
Take full ownership of the controls project elements and execute (and/or delegate) individual tasks throughout the project life cycle by coordinating and forecasting controls resources in-house and on site (may include other Controls Project Engineers).
Take a systems approach in understanding core design features, project elements, overall controls architecture and manages the scope, budget (OA's, CO's), schedule, maintaining internal and external customer expectations throughout the project life cycle.

40 hours/week

YOU MUST HAVE:
Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years of Controls experience in job offered or acceptable alternative occupation. Full term of experience must include the following: knowledge of PLC Controls; capability of following guidelines and ensuring efficiency on given project tasks; experience with the application of basic engineering techniques to optimize design of products, parts, systems or processes; understanding of electrical drawings and schematics; experience with HMI, VFD, print and applies, scanners, and safety controllers; experience with fieldbus and communication networks. Approximately 60-70% domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted.Additional Information
