Strategic Innovations Implementation Specialist (Finance)

Role Overview

As the Strategic Innovations Implementations Specialist, you'll have a big mission. Responsible for assuring the Company's standards are achieved and excellent customer service is delivered. You also understand the value of taking a moment to express gratitude to the village that helped to make it happen. As you can likely tell, 'how' things are done matters just as much as ‘what' was done here at BH!

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring appropriate accompaniment & coverage is available for property level installations to ensure all third party vendors are accompanied by a member of BH Management while in occupied units.
  • Oversee the distribution of project focused, BH approved, marketing materials as well as installation notices.
  • Guides and verifies the BH Networking and Data Security standards up communicated and upheld during the installation and establishment of high speed internet projects.
  • Monitors progress of installation projects to ensure major milestones are being completed timely and each project is set up for successful and timely completions. If issues arise, provides suggested solutions in addition to overview of the issue directly to the best source for answers.
  • Uses experience, judgement, and knowledge to understanding when escalation of an issue is necessary.
  • Maintains project schedules that include lead times and mobilization delays to accurately estimate project scope and needed onsite manpower, and communicates needs/changes to appropriate regional and onsite leaders.
  • Utilizing MS Office / Office 365 to help create and edit items such as spreadsheets, planning applications, word documents, power point presentations for onsite teams, regional leaders, executive leadership and clients.
  • Utilize company-approved Project Management Software to accurately update, document, and communicate project status.
  • Coordinate 360-degree communication and updates regarding various project level goals.
  • Manage onsite associate satisfaction, resident satisfaction, training for internal and external customers, and support for the onsite teams throughout the duration of an installation project.
  • Conducts quality assurance checks at both in-unit level for installations as well as property/project level.
  • Communicate with onsite teams and leaders regarding the status of vendor set up with Compliance Depot, Electronic invoicing, Yardi Marketplace set up, ordering details/instructions, etc.
  • Provide accountability to vendors, partners, and internal team members assisting with specific tasks involving installations, program roll outs and company initiatives.
  • Provides application support, including remote support, to install, configure, test, and troubleshoot application hardware, networks, and software.
  • Supports executive leadership annual initiatives as well as departmental goals.
  • Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer.
  • Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed.

You Have:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Multi-Family Property Management is preferred
  • The ability and means to travel up to 75% locally, overnight, in specific regions or states via automobile and airplane may be required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Products: Excel (create spreadsheets), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe and project scheduling software.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers
  • Ability to work as a team member in a team-oriented environment
