Bridal Merchandising Manager (Marketing)



Stullers Merchandising division is a dynamic team of subject matter experts, each specializing in a distinct jewelry product category. These dedicated teams are responsible for product development and buying, inventory and pricing management, collaborating closely with the marketing team to execute impactful promotions and publications, and so much more! The Bridal Department plays a critical role in driving profitability and growth within the bridal category through strategic merchandising and comprehensive business planning.

TheBridal Merchandising Manager is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who leads the planning and execution of print marketing initiatives and cross-functional merchandising projects. This role requires high attention to detail, technical and analytical proficiency, excellent time management, problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will also posses the ability to multitask effectively and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments.
An successful merchandising manager brings a deep understanding of the print marketing landscape across various selling platforms, ensuring that all physical marketing materials are strategically aligned with product and promotional objectives. This individual is equal parts project manager and marketing strategist - capable of driving timelines, managing vendor relationships, and bringing merchandising assets to life across multiple customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of print for seasonal and evergreen print marketing projects, including catalogs, lookbooks, signage, and point-of-sale materials. Including the planning and execution of paginations, product story telling and key item prioritization.Align print marketing strategies with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives through active participation and planning sessions.Develop and present merchandising strategies and project updates through clear, visually engaging presentations.Managing project timelines and workflows across creative, production, and merchandising teams to ensure on-time delivery and continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and quality.Develop and maintain project trackers, timelines, and documentation to support cross-functional visibility and accountability.Collaborate with design, copywriting, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive content, visuals, and brand messaging.Act as the primary liaison between merchandising and marketing to manage specifications, proofs, and delivery schedules.Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data, imagery, and copy across all print and digital marketing materials.Foster strong cross-functional relationships with key departments to support seamless execution of merchandising and marketing strategies.Potential travel one to two times a year for jewelry shows.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in merchandising, marketing project management, or print production roles.Strong understanding of the print production process and merchandising timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the print production process and merchandising timelines.Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience working cross-functionally with creative, digital, product development, and data teams.Ability to prioritize initiatives and collaborate across departments with agility and precision, especially under tight timelines and quick turnarounds.High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for excellence.Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze future scenarios and explore alternative merchandising strategies.Genuine interest in exploring and analyzing product and shopping trends across multiple sales channels.Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional coordination on high-impact initiatives in a collaborative environment.Retail, fashion, or consumer goods experience preferred.
