Technical Writer II (Education)

Job Description:

  • Technical Writer who can develop, review and update Sysem Operability Verification Test (SOVT) based on installation schedules and drawings.
  • Develop System and Platform SOVTs in the SPIDER system in accordance with NAVWAR SPEG rquirements.
  • Review technical drawings to convert into SOVT's.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Two or more years experience developing system tests of US Navy electronic systems.
  • Two or more years developing SOVT's (System Operational Verification Test) accroding to SPEG requirements for ship and shore.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Familar with DOD standards.
  • Knowledge or Familiarity of US Navy IC Systems.
  • Work with subject matter experts on identifying System and Operational requirments.
  • Ability to ensure QA has been committed to all working documents.
