ODDA Global Director and Head of Strategic Revenue Management (Finance)
What are we looking for? 1. Education & Professional Qualification
Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, and related field
Overall, 15+ years of experience; Minimum of 6 years of experience in analytics
Minimum 5 years of Analytics experience in the Consumer Products Good Industry
Minimum 5 years of Analytics experience in the Revenue Management domain
2. Knowledge/Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in developing analytical models using multivariate regression and building machine learning algorithms using data science experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in SRM (Price, Promo, Trade arch) modeling
Analyze large and complex data sources such as Nielsen and SAP
Generate business insights for trade strategy implementation and price execution
Develop financial models for scenario planning and forecasting
What will be your key responsibilities?
Develops and holds product vision for SRM Analytics, is responsible for working with the user, and determines what features will be prioritized
Shape the team vision/roadmap and steer the team in delivering product features oriented around business
Shape and prioritize the backlog, utilizing business expertise and understanding of customer needs, translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria
Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing stories and features, optimizing cost, and improving delivery efficiency
Act as the "voice of the customer" within the team to ensure the team "builds the right thing"
Plan resourcing for the team (i.e., new role, change in the role), create requests, interview, select and onboard members to join the team
Accountable for shaping and hitting team OKRs
Ensure the products meet relevant security, privacy & compliance standards
Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
Drive engagement with third parties to support the delivery of team objectives
Drive selection of solution options, work with the team Engineering/ Analytics Lead to assess tech elements of the solution prior to user testing
Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, and demos with stakeholders
Interact with other teams within the product as part of synchronization ceremonies to implement cross-team tasks
Drive reporting and analytics to provide visibility on team performance and monitor sprint metrics and user results
Work with team Engineering/Analytics Lead to balance tech debt with feature delivery
Own and manage documentation and information
