We are seeking a Plant Team Member, County Prestress & Precast, located in Whitestown, IN.

Job Duties:
Steel FabricationConcrete placementForm set up/ tear downBed preparationPulling StrandFinishing (painting/grouting)Yard product placementPerforms general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materialsRelies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the jobOther tasks as needed

Work Environment:
Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperaturesWork near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazardsWork in a noisy environment

Physical Requirements:
Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds frequentlyCarrying/Lifting > 40 Pounds occasionallyStanding / Walking / ClimbingSquatting/Crouching/Kneeling/BendingPushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder

Experience & Qualifications:
Experience working with concrete or related field is requiredAble to withstand working outdoorsMust be able to bend and lift to 80 lbs. during a standard shift on a consistent basis
