Real Estate Analyst (Finance)

Serves as an internal consultant to the business, helping define, document and implement business processes and related improvements. Works with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements, assess current operations and identify improvement opportunities. May support and/or lead process improvement projects, ensuring adherence to business, budget and other requirements.

What you will do to contribute to the company's success
Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to evaluate real estate opportunities and trends.
- Analyze property data, zoning regulations, and demographic information to support investment decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
Asset Organization:
- Maintain and update databases of real estate assets, including leases, deeds, and property records.
- Track key dates, obligations, and performance metrics for owned and leased properties.
- Assist with Capitol Improvement Projects processes.
Negotiation Support:
- Assist in the preparation and review of proposals, term sheets, and deal structures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners during lease and purchase negotiations.
- Provide data-driven insights to support negotiation strategies.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Review, and manage real estate documents such as contracts, lease agreements, and closing packages.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to facilitate approvals and recordkeeping.
Capital Improvement:
- Review and manage Capitol Improvement project requests and documents.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to facilitate approvals and recordkeeping.
Other:
- Assist Procurement Team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in real estate analysis, asset management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and database functionality.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Capable of working independently with self-motivation.
