Marketing Specialist (Marketing)

Duties & Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking the newest member of a dynamic B2B technology marketing team – an entry-level specialist who is: interested in learning valuable skills and advancing their career; detail- and results-oriented; and energetic and willing to work on site full time.

Responsibilities

• Support preparations for trade shows
  • Administration – show orders, purchase orders, invoices
  • Travel and accommodations – make arrangements for attending teams
  • Communications and graphics – submit requests to Marketing Shared Services for booth graphics, emails, social media
  • Packing and shipping – booths, products, collateral, giveaways
  • Post-show upload of leads to marketing automation platform
• Receive, prioritize, schedule and complete project and task requests from Marketing program managers
• Follow up with internal supplier teams and external vendors to ensure that deliverables are on track

• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Must be extremely well-organized and able to juggle multiple projects / priorities at once with meticulous attention to detail
• Must be able to work with internal and external organizations located around the globe to complete deliverables
• Exceptional follow-through – take ownership of meeting project objectives on time, on budget and with high quality

Desired Experience and Pre-Requisites

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2-4 years of intensive multitasking experience in a marketing setting
• Demonstrated success in handling of large numbers of projects for multiple stakeholders
• Strong experience with enterprise marketing systems and platforms, e.g., ticketing systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
