Sr. Manager Talent Development (Hybrid) (Creative Design)
*This is a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite (Mon – Thurs).
The Sr. Manager Talent Development is responsible for planning, designing, and facilitating training activities for Lands' End leaders and employees. The primary focus of this role will be driving leadership and skills development in key divisions, including our LEO division. This role will consult with business leaders on organizational development needs, and partner with ES Business Partners and the Talent Development team to deliver effective solutions.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, and minimum of five years of training or teaching experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in design and facilitation of larger scale organizational development programs required. Experience in consulting with leaders and partnering cross-functionally to deliver talent development results. Experience leading a team preferred, as well as experience working with sales teams to develop talent.
