The technique targets specific nerves near the kidneys that can become overactive and cause high blood pressure, also known as hypertension. High blood pressure is a global epidemic, affecting one-third to one-half of adults. Renal Denervation (RDN) has the potential to be a multibillion-dollar market globally over the next five years. Come join the US RDN Marketing team for a once-in-a-career opportunity to help bring a novel therapy to US Hypertension (HTN) patients.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze marketing data across various channels (digital, including social media, email, etc. as well as customer activities , market activatio n, and sales data ) to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, and ROI. Based on these analytics , this role will g enerate regular reports and customized dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs.

  • Campaign Performance Measurement : Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing insights into optimization opportunities.

  • Market Trend Identification : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviors, translating findings into actionable insights that can inform future marketing strategies.

  • Optimization Recommendations : Provide data-backed recommendations to enhance marketing strategies, optimize budget allocation, and improve customer targeting.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with marketing, sales operations , and other teams to gather data, define metrics, and ensure alignment on key business goals and outcomes.

  • Customer Segmentation & Insights : Use data to identify key customer segments, preferences, and behaviors to support targeted marketing efforts.

  • Data Visualization : Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Tools & Software Management and Understanding : Leverage marketing analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Ad Cloud, Adobe Target, Sales Force Intelligence, Sales Force Data Cloud, Sales Force Sales Cloud ( CRM ), and other relevant platforms to extract and analyze data within Sales Force Marketing Cloud Intelligence .

  • Testing & A/B Analysis : Conduct A/B tests and other forms of experimentation to evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing tactics and refine strategies accordingly.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce M arketing C loud I ntelligence and other Sales f orce platform. Experience with Snowflake and related platforms is a plus

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced marketing environment.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Excel (advanced level). Knowledge of paid media platforms like, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar are a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Strong understanding of key digital ad and site metrics such as conversion rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), ROI, engagement, and churn rate.

  • Strong ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for optimizing marketing efforts.

  • Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimental design methodologies.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to handle large datasets.

  • Manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adapting to evolving business needs, shifting goals, and timelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine strategies, improve workflows, and incorporate feedback.

  • Drive change by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing agile, innovative solutions to meet organizational needs.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrate t he ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs, priorities, and customer demands, adjusting work plans and strategies as necessary.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment by remaining flexible and responsive to shifting organizational goals and timelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, adjusting approaches based on feedback and evolving project requirements.

  • Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and workflows, responding to emerging challenges or new opportunities with innovative solutions.

  • Embrace and drive change, proactively identifying areas for improvement and suggesting creative, agile solutions to achieve organizational goals.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$115,200.00 - $172,800.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance , Health Savings Account , Healthcare Flexible Spending Account , Life insurance, Long-term disability leave , Dependent daycare spending account , Tuition assistance/reimbursement , and Simple Steps (global well-being program).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees: Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match , Short-term disability , Paid time off , Paid holidays , Employee Stock Purchase Plan , Employee Assistance Program , Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums) , and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).

Regular employees are those who are not temporary, such as interns. Temporary employees are eligible for paid sick time, as required under applicable state law, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Please note some of the above benefits may not apply to workers in Puerto Rico.
