Work Schedule:
100% FTE, Tuesday - Thursday with core hours being between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm or 12:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Friday daytime core hours, such as 7:00 am and 5:00 pm (Friday core hours may be negotiable).

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.

Education:
Minimum –
If Physician Assistant:
Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum – State of Wisconsin PA licensure
If Physician Assistant*:
All Physician Assistant applicants must have*: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
*Active license or eligibility to obtain active licensure in state of practice. This may include licensing in Wisconsin and other state(s) of practice.
