Sr Manager, Change Management and UX (Finance)



As a Sr Manager of Change and User Experience within the ESS IT team, you will play a pivotal role in Honeywell's Digital IT transformation initiatives. This position integrates change management practices with UX design and content creation, focusing on enhancing the customer experience and accelerating the adoption of connected technologies. Your responsibilities will encompass developing change strategies, conducting user research, creating engaging content, leading Digital IT initiatives, and driving awareness of solutions to support transformative outcomes and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies: Formulate effective change management strategies, plans, and processes that enhance the realization of value from Honeywell's Digital IT transformation programs, specifically within the ESS IT framework.
  • Enhance User Experience (UX): Collaborate with UX designers and project teams to create user-centered designs that improve customer interactions and engagement with Honeywell's digital solutions.
  • Conduct User Research: Lead user research initiatives to gather insights that inform UX design and change strategies, ensuring that user needs and pain points are effectively addressed. Develop detailed user personas based on research findings that assist in shaping user-centered journeys and guiding design decisions.
  • Translate Change into User-Centered Journeys: Create and map user-centered journeys that translate organizational changes into pathway experiences, ensuring users effectively navigate transitions.
  • Accelerate Connected Customer Experiences: Lead initiatives aimed at leveraging connected technologies to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth, focusing on identifying opportunities for improvements that deliver value and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with project teams and business leaders to identify and prioritize change requests, assess impacts, and determine optimal change management approaches that align with digital transformation goals.
  • Stakeholder Coaching and Engagement: Coach CIOs, business leaders, and team members on change management methodologies, UX principles, and messaging strategies, empowering them to effectively act as change sponsors and agents.
  • Develop Communication Materials: Create high-quality content and messaging materials that clearly articulate changes and promote UX enhancements, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed about the organizational impacts of these changes.
  • Metrics and Continuous Improvement: Establish, maintain, and analyze change management and UX metrics to measure the effectiveness of processes, identify areas for improvement, and incorporate industry trends and best practices into organizational practices.
  • Post-Implementation Reviews: Conduct evaluations of change management effectiveness following implementation, recommending improvements based on assessment results.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content and communications align with Honeywell's branding guidelines and messaging strategy, maintaining a consistent company presence.

Qualifications:

You Must Have:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in change management, UX design, and content development.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Excel.
