DESCRIPTION
Michael Baker International is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager (PM I) - Cooperating Technical Partners (CTP) Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be a senior level experienced project manager and exceptional communicator who can advocate for the perspective of CTPs while overseeing the management of a portfolio of projects executed by multi-disciplinary teams across various geographic locations. This role is looked to as a strategic leader - using their deep understanding of our client's business, the organizational structure, and best practices. The CTP Lead will develop and sustain strong collaborative relationships with internal team members that are working across the FEMA Regions and Headquarters, as well as across the client ecosystem. This position will be an integral member of the Emergency Management and Response Office in the Alexandria, Virginia. As part of this group, the project manager will advocate for CTP interests and represent their interests while supporting contracts with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and may be asked to support other contracts as needs arise.
