Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Human Resources)

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for achieving staffing goals by effectively implementing full life cycle recruiting and onboarding strategies. Develops highly effective partnerships with hiring managers to ensure talent profiles and service level agreements are well defined. This role develops innovative approaches and draws on best practices to attract qualified and diverse candidates for open and anticipated positions, including attending job fairs and networking with community partners, professional associations, and educational institutions. Additionally, is involved in all aspects of the Talent Acquisition function from operational support to strategy development. As part of the Human Resources team, serves as key champion of employee onboarding, engagement and HR project champion/specialist for HR related projects and basic training.

FLSA Classification: Exempt
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel required – approximately 5%. Occasional evening and weekends required.
Location: Minneapolis, MN and is identified as primarily remote (ability to work remotely, but required to work in the office as needed or requested)
Physical Requirements: Standard office setting, with ability to sit for long periods of time, occasional use of stairs; regular use of computer and office equipment, lifting up to 10 lbs.
