Come Join Us!Job Summary:This position is within an RD&E team with focus on characterization of SiC bulk crystals and substrates using X-ray methods. Role will include acting as a liaison with universities and analytical labs, developing and improving techniques for defect characterization, working with the team members to develop ways to reduce defect densities or completely eliminate certain defects. Expected to contribute to developing statistical process control methods and other ISO-required documentation, such as operating procedures. Will work with the RD&E team with the ultimate objectives of improved product quality, increased yields and throughput.
