Wages: $18.68 - $25.86 base pay, with differentials for every shift

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist residents with showering, sponge baths, or other hygiene needs as specified in their care plan.
• Maintain resident safety and comfort during bathing activities.
• Monitor residents for signs of distress, skin breakdown, or unusual conditions and report to nursing staff.
• Ensure privacy and dignity are maintained at all times.
• Clean and disinfect bathing equipment and shower areas after each use.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and transferring residents as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and nursing staff.

What We're Looking For:

• Current CNA certification is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, families , and staff.
• A compassionate, resident-centered attitude and a passion for making a difference in others' lives.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the role.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus , but not required. We'll provide training to ensure your success!
