Superintendents - Multiple Locations (Finance)
Assist the Lead Superintendent in the execution of all aspects of the project field operations including permits, risk management, micellaneous duties, scheduling, cost control, issue resolution, meetings, reporting and document control, site logistics, contractual correspondances, RFI, safety, quality, field support, commissioning, punchlist and owner closeout.
Assist the Lead Superintendent in implementation of Landmark programs in collaboration with the Landmark construction operations department. Programs includes Safety, Quality Mangement, and Scheduling.
Know and enforce all aspects of the Subcontract Agreements and their obligations to the project including scope and schedule.
Manage labor, equipment, and material resources within the approved budget. Assist in development, management, and forecasting of labor, equipment and material budgets.
