Assistant Service Center Manager

DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Assistant Service Center Manager in Waynesboro, VA. If you have a passion for serving others to help them achieve their financial goals, then this may be the perfect position for you!

What You'll have an Opportunity to do:
  • Maintaining a highly competent, motivated, and engaged team that upholds expected service delivery through active engagement and coaching of the service center team
  • Provide oversight of operations to include transactions, loan originations, new accounts, share growth, and account maintenance.
  • Effectively use multiple systems to coach employees
  • Establish sales goals with the team
  • Assist with quality member service
  • Partner with the SC Operations Manager to develop channel specific business plans
  • Assist with completing annual performance appraisals
  • Provide feedback on process improvements that can improve member and employee experience.

What You'll Bring to the Table
  • A college degree or related work experience is preferred
  • Passion and commitment to serve others with adaptability and flexibility
  • Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • The ability to assess needs and implement plans
  • Knowledge of financial and public communities.
