Information Technology Services Supervisor (Information Technology)
The IT Technology Supervisor provides support for the technology infrastructure and computer applications used in various departments within the Augusta Health environment and supervises IT Infrastructure team members. The IT Technology Supervisor is a vital member of the Augusta Healthcare team as they oversee the organization, maintenance and evaluation of the Data Center, Network and Communications applications and infrastructure used to meet the hospital's technical needs. The IT Technology Supervisor manages the work load, priorities, and assignments of all their direct reports and has responsibility for managing, coaching, and developing their team members to meet organizational needs.
This position reports to the Director of Technology Services and provides ongoing support, monitoring, and optimization for the systems utilized by various departments in the environment. The IT Technology Supervisor will frequently be required to interact with PHI (patient health information) and will comply with and uphold all organizational policies and regulations related to security and privacy. This position requires communication with both clinical and non-clinical team members including providers and leaders and will lead projects in multiple environments.
Teamwork, coaching, collaboration, customer service, data analysis, and technical skill are crucial to the success of this role.
