Administrator (Finance)

An Administrator establishes the foundation for our facility's success, building clear expectations across all departments and creating lasting partnerships with clinical leadership. This position demands a leader who can lay the groundwork for navigating complex challenges while maintaining focus on what matters most: residents who thrive in our care, families who trust our commitment, and a workforce that chooses to build their careers with us . Success requires both strategic vision to establish sustainable improvement and hands-on leadership to ensure every team member understands their role in our solid foundation of collective success.

Administrator Qualifications

  • Must meet education requirements set forth by the Department of Health Professions and the Board of Nursing Home Administration
  • Experience in healthcare and/or leadership role(s) preferred
  • Must be able to travel occasionally, including overnight stays
  • A valid Driver's License
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral form
  • Ability to interact with a variety of people
  • Ability to make independent decisions
