Sr HR Services Analyst (Finance)

Honeywell announced the spin off its Advanced Materials business into an independent, U.S. publicly traded company. This role is designed to support the spin activities, as well as ongoing support of the newly established company.

As Sr. HR Services Analyst you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering high-quality HR services related to the Spin activities for Advanced Materials. Specifically, you will be accountable for supporting the transition and ongoing management of the HRIS framework, data management, reporting, and other related HR services from Honeywell to the newly created organization. Your expertise in these areas will ensure accurate and efficient set up and processing of employee data and compliance with HR policies and legal requirements. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition and successful establishment of HR services for the Advanced Materials spin-off.

You will report directly to the Sr. HR Services Manager and work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization in several ways. Your expertise in HR data management and reporting will provide valuable insights to facilitate data governance, system requirements and testing, data transfer with 3rd parties, and other activities. Additionally, your collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency will enhance the overall employee experience and HR administration process overall.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and resolve complex HR service inquiries and issues from employees and managers.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR teams to implement new HR initiatives and programs.
