Program Director (Finance)

The Responsibilities:
As a Program Director, you will be responsible for supporting the successful rollout and migration of the Transact Next Generation solutions. This role will help bring Transact's newest and most innovative solutions to the our clients. The role will require working collaboratively across Transact, ensuring alignment on the program schedules, and tight coordination with the clients to ensure timely delivery, implementation, and/or migration. This role requires substantial influence and communication with Director and Vice President level leaders, communication and information preparation for the board, and executive level client communication.

The Essentials:
• Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or 15 years relevant experience
• Minimum of 10 years' experience as a program manager
• Demonstrated problem solving, decision-making and collaboration skills;
• Experience developing strategic communications to groups;
• Ability to quickly pull together key leaders and decision makers, to gain alignment on goals and move forward plans
• Exceptional knowledge of and experience with program schedules, timelines, risk & opportunity management
• Knowledge of software programs, software releases, data migration, and ability to speak clearly with development teams
• Exceptional presentation, communication and writing skills;
• Excellent critical thinking, follow-through, prioritization and organizational skills;
• Proficient with numbers: calculations, analysis, advanced Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
• Able to work with technology as well as manual systems
• People skills: diplomatic, empathetic, personable, organized, collaborative, self-starter
