Conveyance Project Manager, PE (Finance)

Your Role:

Your Role:

  • Water/wastewater infrastructure project management that includes distribution and transmission mains, wastewater collection, trunk and force main, pumping stations, wells, storage tanks, civil grading, drainage, as well as rehabilitation of existing infrastructure.
  • Lead and manage complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects from initiation through completion
  • Duties include client coordination, budget control, quality control and staff coordination.
  • Coordinate and supervise internal teams and external consultants/contractors.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Planning, evaluation, and selection of preferred alternatives.
  • Perform design calculations and analyses.
  • Prepare detailed engineering reports and supporting documents.
  • Provide construction support services such as bid evaluations, plan clarifications, review shop drawings, prepare operations and maintenance manuals, review monthly progress reports, and evaluate change order requests.
  • Participate in business development activities including proposal preparation and client interviews.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • 10+ years of related engineering work experience.
  • Experience with management of projects, design submittals, and construction management.
  • Registration as a Professional Civil or Mechanical Engineer in the State of California (P.E.) required.
  • Possess excellent technical writing and communication skills.
  • Background will ideally include project work and process knowledge of water/wastewater facilities projects with municipal, state, and water districts.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (~15%)

Salary Range:$95,000 - $140,000, depending on experience.
