Business Operations Analyst (Information Technology)
The Business Operations Analyst supports the end-to-end process of ensuring Lands' End product is ordered, shipped, and delivered to our Third-Party partners. This includes, but is not limited to: understanding partner's business requirements and how they relate to Lands' End processes, maintaining data across Lands' End systems, ensuring partners have the data needed to support their systems, investigating, understanding, and resolving issues across the Supply Chain both within Lands' End, our suppliers, and our partners, auditing operational steps within the Supply Chain process, and reporting on status and results to cross-functional partners and leadership.
Our business partners can have complex processes and unique needs – you must be nimble and able to resolve complex problems, or problems where precedent may not exist, to support both internal and external partners as needed. You will work with a variety of internal and external resources to execute processes and solutions that meet Lands' End, our Suppliers and Operational Partners, and the Third-Party Buyer's requirements and needs. You should be able to model use of methodologies to provide quick turnaround on customer needs, resolve complex business problems, actively look for opportunities to improve day-to-day operational processes, and work as part of a team to report on activities that impact the health of the business. You should have a strong understanding of technology and systems and be comfortable using databases and teaching others how to access data. You should also be able to run small projects independently – able to meet deliverables within a standard project plan, while adjusting to account for changes in direction & resolving conflicting stakeholder needs.
