Master Builder (Frames Dept.) 07:00 a.m. - 05:00 p.m. (Project Management)

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
The Master Frame Builder Operator is responsible for all frames he/she builds in his /her table. Operator is also responsible for checking incoming material quality and tolerances as well as data entry on daily material use. Preventive maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Responsible for ensuring all Frames, Specials, Combination, and Utilites are correct in dimension, color and sequence.Responsible for all the Frames to be built to Leedo quality standards.Responsible for preventive maintenance action items performed daily at company standards.Responsible for complete work orders executed per schedule.Leads by example in regard to attendance, PPE requirements, breaks, and to drive compliance in all areas.Must be able to read and pull by P-Ticket all frames such as combination, utility, regular common frames and specialMust be able to build all frames such as combination, utility, regular common frames and specials.Additional duties as assigned by Frames Supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to perform data entry tasks.Must be able to distinguish wood species, colors and finishes.Must be able to perform basic math skills and the ability to read a measuring tape.Must have a strong sense of urgency in completing assigned daily duties as needed.Must have a basic ability for reading and writing.Must be able to pull Combination, Utility and Specials Packages from P-Ticket Label.Must be able to read prints of cabinets
Education and Experience
Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Will take work experience in lieu of Education.
Physical Requirements and/or Working Conditions
Factory Distribution environment, will include some heavy lifting, and areas where eye protection, hearing protection are required
