Engineering Manager, System Software - GeForce Now (Finance)
We are seeking an experienced Systems Software Engineering Manager to lead a team building cloud services supporting GeForce Now. In this organization, you will improve our operations and feature delivery cadence while maintaining the reliability of our internal and external-facing cloud services.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage a team of senior developers.
- Work closely with other teams to define and implement new APIs.
- Recruit and retain talent managing career development for your organization.
- Grow future engineering leaders and mentor junior engineers.
- Be accountable for cross team and cross company communications.
- Foster a collaborative environment.
What we need to see:
- 10+ overall years of experience
- BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of management experience with prior hands-on experience as an individual contributor.
- A proven track record of impactful project deliveries while managing Software Engineers passionate about cloud infrastructure or cloud application services.
- Experience with DevOps and/or SRE practices.
- Detailed problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communications skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Experience with authorization, entitlement, and e-commerce systems.
- Strong software development process fundamentals.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 3, and 272,000 USD - 425,500 USD for Level 4.
