Director, Commercial Operations (Finance)
Metabolon is seeking a leader to be its Director, Commercial Operations. In this central role, the individual will support our rapidly growing Pharma and Life Sciences business. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is based in Morrisville, North Carolina with a hybrid work schedule option.
This individual will establish and lead commercial operations function at Metabolon. They will advise functional leaders and drive outcomes that maximize revenue generation and ensure cross-functional collaboration aligned with the larger company-wide revenue strategy and operational priorities. This individual is responsible for developing and owning customer success, sales data analytics and reporting, sales operations, and sales compensation and planning. Sales Operations and Customer Success report to the Director, Commercial Operations. The individual will have the opportunity to continuously shape strategy and drive change in our passionate and collaborative organization.
