The Payroll/Accounting Specialist is responsible for processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis, as well as preparing and filing all associated
tax, unemployment, and worker compensation insurance reports as applicable. In addition, the Payroll/Accounting Specialist is responsible
for the maintenance of all staff benefits within BCIs Human Resources (HR) platform, to include retirement reporting and online
contribution submissions. Accounting duties include bank reconciliations, monthly reconciliation of prepaid expenses, monthly auto draft
processing, and month end closing entries as required.
