What you will be doing
COMMENTS: This position requires the ability to maintain confidentiality.
What we are looking for
Experience: Minimum 3 years' related Human Resource's experience, management preferred.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired. Knowledge of Washington State employment regulations required.
Detail Oriented: Strong attention to detail, high quality of work and accuracy no matter how large or small the task
Organized: Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Communication: Excellent written, oral and active listening skills
Technical Skills: Experience working with iCIMS and Dayforce preferred, but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
Collaboration: Able to work effectively with other employees, departments and companies, both in person and virtually

Work Schedule: This is an in office position with the ability to work one day per week remote. Regular attendance and timeliness are essential functions of this job.
