Manager, Process Maintenance - Crisco (Maintenance)

This position provides technical leadership and maintenance support for the process department to safely achieve and improve equipment efficiencies. This position will oversee the facilities maintenance for all the process buildings and grounds. This position is responsible for capital project execution, coordination and implementation.
Essential Duties:
Provides planning, direction, and coordination for all technical activities while achieving optimum use of workers, equipment, materials, and facilities
Provides direct technical support to ensure the process department operates efficiently and safely
Ensures preventative and predictive maintenance tasks and schedules are developed and followed for all relevant equipment
Working knowledge of different pumps, piping standards, heat exchangers, and storage tanks
Ensures PM schedules are developed for all machine centers in our CMMS system
Ensures equipment parts are stocked and maintained to support equipment repairs and preventative services
Coordinates and provides technical training to process technicians as needed
Supports and initiates cost reduction projects / activities
Develops the capital plan working with the Process Engineers and Department Manager
Administers personnel functions including interviewing, hiring, performance evaluations, coaching and administering disciplinary action when required
Manage personnel responsible for coordinating / planning work along with our Pipefitter Welder staff
Leads the planning and execution of annual shutdown activities
Experience with Utility Systems including compressed air, water, nitrogen,
and steam.
Identifies Utility savings opportunities and executes actions to reduce usage
Specialized Training/Certification:
• Technical or Engineering degree preferred
• Maintenance Planning & Scheduling preferred
• Confined space entry and OSHA 30

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
AutoCAD
Financial Accountability:
Prepares and controls department annual expense and capital budgets, fore-casts costs of department/capital, and reporting results monthly
Organizational Relationships:
Food Safety, Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Maintenance, Engineering Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Distribution Center, Inventory Control, Accounting, Vendors/Supplies, Customers, other B&G corporate departments
Supervisory/Functional Management Requirements:
Manages more than one function with supervisory and budget responsibilities
Directly supervises 5 employees
