Technical Product Owner (Information Technology)
Job Summary
The Technical Product Owner is an integral part of the product development team working in a fast-paced environment. They will act as the 'Voice of' architecture, design and technical flow. They will be responsible for defining and gathering non functional requirements for enhancements to defined digital products. They will provide leadership and direction to the engineering team as they implement these requirements. They will guide their backlogs and teams towards the agreed upon percentages of investment for functional vs. technical changes along with the Digital Product Owner. They will work with cross-functional teams to support product releases and customer implementations. They will be required to research, document, and provide solutions to support product road maps as well as identify proactive solutions.

Acts in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as outlined in training materials, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act. Responsible for reporting suspicious activity to Financial Intelligence. Responsible to report all customer complaints as prescribed and procedure violations to management or HR. Responsible to report ethical concerns as needed to Associated's anonymous Ethics Hotline.
