Quality Control Supervisor (Finance)



As a Quality Control Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of quality inspectors, CMM operators, and NDT inspectors, providing guidance and support to maintain exceptional quality control processes.

You will report directly to our Quality Control Manager, and you'll work out of our Torrence, CA location.As a Quality Control Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee quality control processes, ensuring products meet high standards and compliance. You'll maintain manufacturing integrity and enhance customer satisfaction.YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience supervising quality control teams.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding GD&T.
  • Knowledge with CMM operations and NDT inspection techniques.

  • Supervise and provide direction to quality inspectors, CMM operators, and NDT inspectors to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with established quality control procedures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, applying GD&T principles to ensure accurate inspections.
  • Work with the scheduling department to prioritize inspection jobs.
  • Track key quality indicators and report daily to direct manager.
  • Keep the Metrology gages up to data and the GX5
  • Review time keeping and attendance file to assure we have the required inspection and support for the supporting areas.
  • Mangane the Receiving inspecting area for Daily Priorities of incoming orders and units.
  • Work with the PRB team on rejection and return
  • Review QN's with inspection team daily and work with the PE to resolve the issues.

In this role, you will impact the overall quality assurance efforts of the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing product reliability through effective supervision and instruction.The annual base salary range for this position is $99,400 -$124,200. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
