Executive Assistant - Office of the CEO (Finance)

Who are we looking for?

Woodard & Curran is seeking an experienced executive assistant to support and manage the office of the CEO, including the Board Chair, the Board of Directors, the company ownership program with the General Counsel, and other members of the Executive Leadership Team as needed.You will work on a variety of complex and highly confidential projects that will require considerable independent judgement, initiative, collaboration, and discretion.

What You Will Be Doing At Woodard & Curran

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT), your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the highest levels of the organization. This is a dynamic, high-impact position that requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with calm and confidence.

You will Support the Office of the CEO and ELT:

  • by managing complex calendars, coordinating high-level meetings (ELT, SLT, and operational), preparing meeting logistics and materials, and following up on action items.
  • Serve as a key liaisonbetween the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders, including coordinating communications with Internal Communications and managing sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Oversee travel and logisticsfor the CEO and ELT, including booking arrangements and preparing expense reports.
  • Track strategic initiatives, supporting the execution of the company's strategic plan by collecting and reporting on progress.

You will also play a central role ingovernance and shareholder relations:

  • Act as aliaison to the Board of Directors, supporting the Board Chair with meeting planning, producing and distributing quarterly Board and Committee materials, and managing meeting outcomes.
  • Coordinate Board meetings and Senior Principal/Shareholder meetings, including event planning and meeting logistics, and communications.

In addition, you will:
  • Support the firm's Ownership Program, working with legal and finance teams to manage stock transfers, shareholder communications, and program administration.
  • Manage Corporate Relations initiatives, including the firm's charitable giving program and other cross-functional projects.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in supporting senior leaders with excellence and discretion.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • 10 years of increasingly responsible administrative experience supporting c-level executives.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively convey complex information both in writing and verbally to senior stakeholders and large audiences.
  • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and competing demands with grace and efficiency
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint,Team sand other collaboration tools.
  • A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes, anticipate needs and support the CEO and executive team in achieving their goals.

$90,000 - $125,000 a year

This position's anticipated pay range is provided above; the final exempt salary or non-exempt hourly pay will depend on experience level and consider a percentage-based geographic differential based on where the final candidate will be working. Geographic differentials recognize and reflect the cost of labor differences between geographic markets.
