Location Manager - Pipe (Construction)

We are seeking a Location Manager Pipe for County Materials at our Iowa City, IA location.

Job Duties:
Manages overall location operations Manage overall location salesManage overall quality control operations for locationResponsible for managing the improving safety for the locationOversee and manager all plant personnelReports to Regional ManagerWorks to improve efficiencies within the location they manageOther tasks as needed
Work Environment:
Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperaturesWork near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazardsWork in a noisy environment
Physical Requirements:
Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds occasionallyStanding / Walking / ClimbingSquatting/Crouching/Kneeling/Bending
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent.8-10 years of related experience.Knowledge of commonly used industry concepts, practices, and procedures preferred.Exercise good judgment regarding work site operationsAbility to perform well as a teamSelf-motivator and must be flexible in order to accommodate needs of your team.Safety minded when performing tasksAbility and willingness to learn and be trained
