Triage RN in Mental Health (Finance)



Join our growing Mental Health team as a part-time Triage RN and make a meaningful impact on patient care!

Position: Triage RN

Location: Mount Vista

Part-Time Schedule: Wednesday (1:00p-5:00p), Thursday (8:00a-5:00p), Friday (8:00a-5:00p) -- will transition to schedule after successful completion of full-time training

Compensation: Hiring range is between $37.65-$47.20/hour, and placement in the range is based on an evaluation of experience.

Responsibilities include: phone triage, confirm patients meet criteria for psychiatric evaluation and care based on established guidelines/previous assessments, identify patients requiring external therapy/resources and connect with appropriate community services/alternative options, scheduling with psychiatrists, advocate for patient's well-being.

Must have excellent attendance! Consistent, dependable, and predictable attendance is crucial in helping us fulfill our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care. We require our employees to adhere to our attendance standards, as frequent deviations make it difficult to provide care for our patients and support our coworkers.

Required qualifications

  • Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required. ( required to have an active Washington RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer if using multi-state licensure )
  • Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer required.
  • Current AHA Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification required.
  • Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.

Pay Range:
$35.00 - $52.51

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
