Technical Recruiter - (Remote) Moore (Finance)
Manage full-cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for multiple requisitions
Source candidates & build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking, referrals etc.
Implement new initiatives to increase pipeline and build employer brand awareness
Maintain & utilize data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis
Drive offer process by partnering with hiring manager to include but not limited to extending offers, negotiations, and closing candidates
Performs other duties as required
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
Maintain highest level of integrity when working with our candidates and hiring partners
Ability to build strong, productive relationships with hiring managers
Exposure to full lifecycle recruiting, including screening, negotiations/closing, and candidate relationship management
Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Proficient with candidate life cycle in UKG-Kronos, Indeed, and LinkedIn
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

2+ years of successful technical recruiting experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment
Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with professionals of all levels, internal and external, as well as across multiple modes of communication (Telephone, Zoom, and Face-to-Face).
Solid people judgement and the ability to measure candidate against job requirement
